Located at the foot of the famous Lascaux cave in Montignac in the heart of the Black Périgord, it is here that since 1946 we have been making, with the greatest respect for our Périgord traditions, goose and duck foie gras, the famous pâtés de foie gras, crickets, confits, stuffed necks, duck breast cassoulets, porcini mushrooms and truffles...
Our foie gras and by-products are regularly rewarded at the Concours Général Agricole as well as at the Palmes d'Or du Périgord.
For 10 years now, in summer (from mid-July to the end of August), we have been organizing a “Vigneron Morning” every Friday morning, honoring a Bergerac winemaker, where tastings and convivialitydelight visitors. We obviously associate products from our cannerywith wine tasting.For your health, avoid eating too fatty, too sweet, too salty
