Le Régourdou Caves and chasms, Prehistoric Sites in Montignac

Come and discover the Régourdou site, classified as a historic monument, located 800 meters from the Lascaux caves. This authentic site combines prehistory and a living brown bear park. During the guided tour, you will discover a burial of a Neanderthal man dating back 90,000 years. With the presentation of the prehistoric site, the museum, and the abyss, you will understand the environment and learn about the cultural behavior of our distant ancestors. A real immersion in the time of the Neanderthals of the Lascaux hill. In the park, you will observe the brown bear up close and attend the feeding during the visit.
