During your passage between Montignac Lascaux and Sarlat, stop in the pretty village of Saint-Geniès, to visit the Combetenergue Farm. They produce locally specialties of geese, ducks and farm products for lovers of authentic and tasty gastronomy of Périgord.
Whole foie gras, mousse or block, confits, crickets, cassoulet, stuffed neck, stew, pâté, rillettes, a multitude of delicacies from this traditional farm. It is since 1980 that the farm is held in family, using methods of breeding, force- feeding and transformation of products, traditional.
