Every day of the week, the Brusquand Farm opens the doors of its small shop stocked with good products. A restaurant area is open from April to October with a closure on Monday and Sunday evenings. Run by the children Charlotte and Pierre-Louis, who takes over the kitchen after his father Jean-Christophe, it offers a modern and warm setting punctuated with wood and black . Semi-cooked foie gras terrine, duck breast a la plancha, Périgord cassoulet and duo of duck breast and aiguillette are traditional homemade recipes honoring the region.
