Domaine Huso, a jewel nestled between Périgueux and Mussidan in Périgord Blanc, extends over 19 hectares at the majestic confluence of Isle and Vern. An old pre-revolutionary farm , its stone walls tell a story where the water of the Isle , powerful and impetuous, shapes the landscape with its meanders bordered by limestone cliffs.

Requirement & Innovation

In 2011, Laurent Deverlanges chose this exceptional location to establish the fish farm dedicated to sturgeon, giving birth to Domaine Huso. From the complete production cycle to the maturation of the females, each step is meticulously orchestrated on the 30 hectares of this estate. The processing laboratory, at the very heart of the site, demonstrates the commitment to quality and innovation.

Neuvic Caviar - Le Prestige Gourmand

Domaine Huso is the proud progenitor of the Caviar de Neuvic brand, a reference synonymous with quality and excellence. Caviar, this rare and luxurious “ black gold ”, finds its quintessence in sturgeons raised in the best conditions. Quality water, organic food, low density  all these elements converge towards the Neuvic laboratory where the quintessence of the taste experience emanates.

Since its genesis, Caviar de Neuvic has embodies a taste revolution in the caviar industry. Founded on the pillars of respect, excellence and innovation, the company was distinguished as one of the French "remarkable companies " in 2013 by the France Initiative Association. This recognition, reaffirmed in 2020, underlines the constant commitment to innovation and excellence, confirming its status as a major player in the caviar sector.

A Parisian setting-Saint-Germain-des-Prés

In 2015, Caviar de Neuvic expanded its influence by settling on the left bank of the Seine, in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés in Paris. More than just a point of sale, this space becomes a permanent place dedicated to the exploration of new experiences around caviar. Combining the art of tasting, innovation and conviviality, this emblematic place offers a new look at the world of caviar.

A Bordeaux Adventure

In 2020, Caviar de Neuvic writes a new chapter in its history with the opening of Comptoir Bordelais in the famous Passage Sarget. In addition to a refined boutique, this venue offers a tasting room where visitors can savor the signature dishes of a French caviar producer. This new culinary adventure demonstrates the company's continued commitment to delivering premier dining experiences.

Lyon Expansion - A New Adventure

In 2022, the renowned white box of Caviar de Neuvic is moving to Lyon, in the heart of the 2nd arrondissement. This boutique, nestled near the Place des Jacobins, embodies the spirit of elegance, impertinence, and passion for encounters. Beyond the presentation of know-how, it aims to shake up the codes, modernize, decomplex and simplify caviar.
