    • The Pays de Fénelon is one of the gateways to Périgord Noir on the border between Lot and Corrèze. By browsing our hiking trails (300 km of trails), meet our producers (truffles, foie gras, walnuts and other local products…) and let yourself be tempted.

Now suitable for swimming and nautical activities, the territory is crossed to the south by the emblematic Dordogne river, classified as a World Biosphere Reserve. Bordered by a Green Lane, where walkers and cyclists discover all the beauty of the landscapes over the seasons, the Pays de Fénelon is a vast space of freedom and conviviality for nature lovers.

This valley, rich in possibilities, brings you to the discovery of castles and gardens but also to a particularly rich and preserved flora and fauna.

Stroll through the alleys of Perigord villages with slate roofs. Lose yourself in the meanders of the French or exotic gardens. Let yourself be overwhelmed by the architecture of medieval castles and churches. The Pays de Fénelon mixes history and heritage to offer you a getaway out of time and off the beaten track.

Located in Rouffillac de Carlux, in the Robert Doisneau train station, the Tourist Office team welcomes you all year round to provide information and advice. Hybrid, modern place, where the services offered allow tourists and locals to meet. You will find all the necessary tourist documentation, free wifi, digital tools and a team at your service. Without forgetting of course a souvenir shop and a Café / restaurant to eat.

not very friendly welcome, we absolutely had to take a box for their "gauge" there were only 2 of us. hiking card available on the site and payable at reception - we would like to point out that the paths are absolutely not cleaned by the comcom and that those near us are cleaned by local residents.
