The former barn of castle les Merles has become a warm and welcoming gastronomic restaurant. A few kilometers east of Bergerac between Sarlat and Bordeaux, Les Merles offers seasonal cuisine, dishes prepared by Chef Bas Holten, who uses local produce to offer you healthy and innovative cuisine.
