The Moulin de Larroque is a very old paper mill, still in operation. The building was built in the 13th century, on the banks of Couze, a river which gave its name to the commune of Couze-et-Saint-Front. For centuries, the alliance of this pure water, cotton rags and unique know-how has enabled the production of high-quality paper, much appreciated by artists across Europe. If modern times have almost been fatal to him, it is the passion of a man that has allowed him to be reborn and prosper.
