Les Noyeraies du Lander Discovering walnut production in Sarlat

Nestled in the heart of the Périgord Noir, the Noyeraies du Lander and their 17 hectares of walnut trees welcome you all year round to present artisanal and ancestral know-how.

Follow our guide on a free 45-minute guided tour and learn about the production, harvesting and processing of nuts as well as the making of oil. This guided tour will be punctuated by a free tasting of our products and a visit to our gourmet boutique. Mainly made up of local and artisanal products, we also offer a snack area to share a sweet or savory snack or a drink with friends or family.

In addition to the guided tour you will be able to discover our educational and fun orchard presenting 13 varieties of walnut trees as well as a nature trail dotted with different cartels addressing several aspects of local biodiversity and the life of a walnut grove.

The walnut groves welcome you:

• From September to June:

- Monday to Friday: 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. - 6 p.m.
- Saturday: 2 p.m. - 6 p.m.

• From July to August:

- Monday to Friday: 9:30 a.m. - 7 p.m.

- Saturday: 9:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.
