Les Noyeraies du Lander Museums / Arts and Insdustrial Heritage in Sarlat la Canéda

Nestled in the heart of the Périgord Noir, the Noyeraies du Lander welcome you all year round to present artisanal and ancestral know-how.

Located a stone's throw from Sarlat, our 17ha farm will open the door to the secrets of walnut and its oil production.

During a free guided tour, come and discover the production, harvesting and processing of nuts as well as the manufacture of oil. For 45 minutes, go through all the stages of nut processing : from tree to plate.

The visit will be punctuated by a free tasting of our products and a visit to our gourmet boutique. Mainly made up of local and artisanal products, we also offer a snack area to share a sweet or savory snack or a drink with friends or family.

In addition to the guided tour, have free access to our nature trail and our educational orchard. These two developments in the heart of the property will introduce you to different varieties of walnut trees as well as the life of a walnut grove and its biodiversity.

The walnut groves welcome you:

• From September to June:

- Monday to Friday: 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. - 6 p.m.
- Saturday: 2 p.m. - 6 p.m.

• From July to August:

- Monday to Friday: 9:30 a.m. - 7 p.m.
- Saturday: 9:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.
