The Organic Artisanal Brewery La NÒVÉ embodies a human adventure full of meaning. Behind this sign, you will find Emmanuel and Béatrice MARSEILLE, a passionate duo. Trained in a craft brewery created in 2003 in Dordogne , their mission is clear: to defend and pass on the secrets of artisanal , local , and purely organic manufacturing. The brewery was born on a former military site, ESCAT, where it placed its bottles and its malt . Recently, Gauthier , Emmanuel's son, joined the team as a BTS apprentice at the Dordogne Chamber of Commerce.
