It is in Razac-de-Saussignac, 20 minutes from Bergerac that Yazuko and Guillaume welcome you to the heart of a 9 hectare organic vineyard. Passionate farmers, they defend biodiversity through biodynamic cultivation to limit inputs, in order to produce wines that are fresh and supple. Committed wine producers, they use green manure such as beans, red clover or cereals, and choose natural shearing by grazing a flock of sheep. Sulfur is not an option for those nature lovers who prefer native yeasts, with a practiced culture-to-wine philosophy. Hedgerows, ponds and fruit trees surround this southwestern vineyard to support biodiversity. No doubt, they are wine producers not to be missed, come and meet them near Bergerac.
