Since 2019, Arnaud Sanchez has talentedly orchestrated the culinary delights of the restaurant Le Moulin du Grand Etang.
His atypical career, starting late in the world of cooking, is marked by a ceaseless quest for improvement and excellence.
Trained with great chefs, he has forged his culinary identity around the sublimation of products and constant surpassing oneself.

From July 1 to August 31, the formulas evolve to best meet the summer expectations of guests.

La Ferme Des Monts Verts in Montbron supplies the pork meats, while the quality foie gras comes from Nontron thanks to Volagrains.
Bread, essential to any meal, is provided by Les Blés Dorés, a bakery in Saint-Estèphe.
Finally, seafood products are chosen daily from Focean, guaranteeing freshness and quality.
