You can visit Saint Jacques restaurant in Bergerac if you plan to party in one of the nearby bars afterwards, but you won't miss much if you don't succeed! There are much better restaurants around.   What an amazing experience. It was the first time I ever had Armagnac which was local instead of cognac. It was superb. The cheese platter was to die for along with the dessert. My main course too. All 5 stars with excellent service in the charming town of Bergerac.

  Visited the restaurant twice whilst staying in Bergerac. The food was delicious on both occasions and the service excellent. Cosy and intimate restaurant and a reservation is recommended. Set menu with a good choice- fish, meat and vegetarian dishes. Good wine list too.
