I am not reviewing the hotel as I have not stayed the night there. What I am writing about is the restaurant in the hotel. I am English and have lived in this area for 20 years. My favourite meal is confit de canard, and I eat that at least once a week. Today, I thought that we should try this newly refurbished hotel as I have not eaten here for a few years. I naturally chose the confit from the menu. I also went for a glass of Pecharmant red wine to wash it all down. I can honestly say that the duck confit is the best that I have eaten in all the 20 years that I have lived here. This is now my favourite place to eat. The atmosphere is really relaxing with the tables on the outside terrace overlooking the pool. The staff are really nice and made some effort to speak English despite me speaking French. The overall feel of the whole place just oozes quality, from the cutlery on the tables to the fixtures and fittings in the ablutions. It was also very good value for money.

We had lunch on the terrace. It was shaded and the decor was pleasant. Although we had rather local dishes, the dishes were fine, refined and nevertheless light. Fast, friendly service completes the picture. All for a very correct addition. Address to recommend

But what a joy this restaurant is!!! Superb, well-appointed room, air-conditioned, which is appreciated in heat waves. Very kind and caring waiters. We were treated to small free starters and desserts to accompany those who had some! A delicious daily menu, another menu offered just as much, cooked with expertise and fresh produce. The presentation of the dishes and their quality are exceptional. The children's menu is original and close to the menus for adults in its composition, finally dishes more sought after than steak and fries! We have adored. Hats off to the Chef who won us over. Your restaurant is our favorite of all. See you soon during one of our future visits!
