LA BASTIDE Authentic Périgord farmhouse in the Périgord Noir region

La Bastide, an authentic Périgord farm of 280 m² from the 18th century will enchant you with the charm of its old stones. You will find attached to the house, a private heated swimming pool 5x10m fenced with parasols and deckchairs, a terrace equipped with a garden table and chairs in the shade of a pergola, a CleverSteel brazier. The equipped kitchen is open to the living room adorned with an authentic monumental cantou.

The large living room (50 m2), with its leather sofas surround a second stone fireplace. A TV corner (Satellite, DVD, Hifi, etc.) and a play area complete the living room. On the ground floor, 2 fully independent air-conditioned bedrooms (double electric beds 2x80/200), each with a bathroom and separate WC. Upstairs 4 air-conditioned bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 160/200 bed, and 2 bedrooms with electric double bed 2x80/200) and 3 shower rooms and WC. A small living room completes the first floor.
