During school holidays, long weekends and this summer, Roque Saint-Christophe (see details on the website) offers you (at no additional cost!) an equestrian show to find out more about the relationship between the knight and his steed. And for the first time in 2024, a nighttime show will take place on the large terrace at nightfall!

Guillaume and Bayard show

Guillaume is a knight (end of the 12^th , beginning of the 13^th century). He lives in La Roque, he is a knight of the local Lord . He will explain his daily life and his special relationship with Bayard, his horse. A show which will take place several times a day, several days a week, at the foot of the cliff of Roque Saint-Christophe. It is a place usually closed to the public! The show is included in the entrance fee to La Roque, but it does not take place at the same location. The night show at Roque Saint-Christophe

For the first time, Roque Saint-Christophe will be open to the public at nightfall! From Monday to Thursday from 9 p.m., during the summer, La Roque opens its doors and invites you to attend a nighttime spectacle of great beauty. Guilhem the illuminator will tell you one of his dreams... Through 17 paintings projected onto the bottom of the rock shelter of the large terrace. A giant mapping, sumptuous color images and enhanced by a soundscape. You can stroll around and enjoy the show and the night view of the Vézère Valley!
