  Nathalie and Marc made us feel very welcome from the minute we booked to after we left our recent 2 week stay at Au Pr de l'Arbre. The cottage was well maintained, clean and very comfortable, set in a peaceful, beautiful forest close to nature. The pool is huge, pristine and kept at a constantly ideal 27/28 degrees - we escaped to the pool every day - especially welcome during the heatwave in our first week. Sarlat town is a 20 minute walk away and although this involved quite a steep hill on the way back, our 6 year old managed no problem. Sarlat itself is very lively, friendly and entertaining (some fantastic street acts and live shows) and we where spoilt for choice when it came to restaurants. We had a car and travelled to the many family friendly destinations all within 30-60 minutes drive - Rocamadour, Domme, La Roque, Beynac, Castelnaud and Gouffre de Padirac. There is also a zip-wire course and a zoo within 15 minutes drive. Nathalie speaks very good english (even if she doesn't think so) and was on hand to help with anything we needed and came to the rescue a couple of times during our stay. We highly recommend Au Pré de l'Arbre for a family friendly holiday - certainly one of the best we've had.

  We stayed for 9 nights in Les Oliviers. The house has everything you need and is clean. Late afternoon and in the evening sun on the terrace. On the terrace we heard the road a bit but was no problem in the evening and at night. There's a nice pool in a sunny area. The first 3 days we had some problems with the internet but luckily they were solved. The hosts are helpful and friendly. Nathalie gave us some good tips of things to do. Sarlat village is wonderfull and has some good restaurants. Perigord Noir is amazingly beautifull!!

  A very good weekend booked in a hurry but luckily for us we found a chalet at the last minute. And this chalet was just pleasant with all the comfort for everyone and the magnificent setting of the park with a pleasant welcome also on arrival. Thank you again we hope to return with better weather. 😀
