Located in the heart of the Gallo-Roman district of Périgueux, close to the historic center and its amenities, your 1900 apartment overlooks the remains of the Arena dating from the 1st century, used today as a wooded garden, picnic spot fun and relaxation for young and old.

By staying in this area you benefit from an ideal location for discovering Périgueux. Shops, restaurants, supermarkets are accessible in less than 5 minutes on foot. You are a stone's throw from the Périgueux cinema and very close to the greenway.

THE ARRANGEMENT

You will undoubtedly be seduced by our charming apartment Les Arènes, completely renovated.

A separate entrance provides access to your accommodation. You will find on the ground floor the living/dining room area opening onto a balcony equipped with a plancha and everything you need to sit and enjoy this cozy exterior. The fully equipped kitchen and a separate toilet are also located on this level. The sleeping area is upstairs. Note that the wooden staircase is secured by a barrier for children. Once at the top, you will find the bathroom with its toilet. On each side are the two bedrooms. As in all our apartments, you benefit from high-end bedding. On request an extra bed or a baby kit can be installed at an additional cost.

By staying in this area you benefit from an ideal location for discovering Périgueux. Shops, restaurants, supermarket, are accessible in less than 5 minutes on foot. You are a stone's throw from the Périgueux cinema.

There is no private parking, however street parking is free and spaces are easy to find. With its central location, it is the ideal place to discover the Dordogne. Bergerac and Sarlat are less than 60 minutes by car, the Lascaux caves accessible in 45 minutes. For cycle tourism, the greenway is 2 minutes away by bike, and secure storage is available on site.
