We stayed for 3 nights in September. We found the service friendly and professional from all staff. The room is simple but works well enough. The bathroom perhaps a little basic. We would have liked a fridge in the room so we could keep some snacks and drinks cold. The hotel grounds are very nice and well maintained. The pool area is lovely and terrace excellent. The car park is good and has EV chargers for those who need. The walk in to town is heavy going. Especially on the way back with a very steep hill.

I wanted to book the room by the phone, the reception girl kindly asked me to recall in 20 minutes and then told me that the room was just took!!!! Just 20 minutes before it was available!!!! It’s absurd… does good service look like this?!?!?

This hotel outside of Sarlat was an excellent experience. The rooms are nice, the food is fantastic and the staff is extremely friendly.
