Sold under the Glaces des Alpes brand, the 47 varied flavors awaken the taste buds and satisfy the palate. Ripped butter, Valrhona chocolate or Corsican IGP clementine, the scoops of ice cream are tasty and made with respect for the ingredients. For example, rum-raisin ice cream is made with a 30-hour maceration of the grains in St James rum. Surprising flavors are also offered with cactus-lime or Madeleine de Commercy. Vegan ice cream with almond milk, top-of-the-range Italian ice cream, made with milk from the Montaîgu family farm, homemade milkshakes with delicious whipped cream whipped with sweet vanilla cream, this is what you regale. The Italian ice creams are flavored with vanilla-strawberry, chocolate-pistachio, salted butter caramel, coconut or lemon-raspberry sorbet, while the milkshakes are topped with broken lion, kit kat or speculoos, according to your tastes.
