    What a fantastic day. We went in late September, so out of season. We booked the first trip of the day for a 2.5 - 3 hour paddle. I'm so glad we did as we had the river to ourselves the whole way. It is just beautiful with the added bonus of lots of kingfishers and herons along the way. It is very peaceful and we only heard signs of life in the last 500m. The guys running it were great; very helpful and friendly. Plenty of car parking on site and there are some lovely restaurants in the town. I thoroughly recommend this and look forward to doing it again soon.
