  The formulas are diversified to fit all the moments of the day. Prepared from fresh, local products, the plates are appetizing. For a brunch in Périgueux, it's from 9am to 3pm at Cacaothé, with everything you need to fill up and have fun at the same time: eggs, pastries, toast, cheese and charcuterie plates and boards, juices and fresh local drinks... From Wednesday to Sunday from 8am to 6pm and on Monday from 8am to 3pm At Cacaothé, you can brunch every day! Fabulous position in sunshine most of the day and opposite the church. I visited twice on 14 Sep 24. First place I have found in France that serves flat white coffee complete with latte art, which was good flavour too, you can taste the coffee! The owner is very welcoming and attentive with good English, although I did try some of my French! Breakfast of 3 mini pastries flat white and fresh orange juice al for 10 Euros and later I had a very tasty brunch of 4 dishes, avocado on toast with soft boiled eggs (white was runny but fine for me), ham on pancake with salad, freshly sliced fruit, and granola with yoghurt. Also a glass of fresh orange and flat white all for just over 20 Euros, and it was excellent. Lovely people and a great way to snack and relax amongst the beauty of Perigueux.

Lovely brunch, some of the best scrambled eggs with artisan toast and good coffee. Although the road is a little busy it is a great location for people watching next to the cathedral. Lovely place in a lovely town.

This is a delightful spot for coffee, cake or brunch just across from the cathedral. The couple running it and their small team are extremely welcoming and both inside on a colder day and outside in the sun it is a treat. Often open when other places are shut it is highly recommended
