In Peyrouses, when evening comes, Thierry works behind the stoves for the table d'hôtes in Sarlat-la-Canéda.
As an aperitif, our home-made peach or walnut wines (or other wines of your choice from our menu), Thierry will be able to share his love of cooking with you, whether you are staying in one of our guest rooms or in our lease.Chef Thierry DOLAIN's cuisine
The chef offers you according to the seasons, for example:
- Périgord plate with foie gras and smoked and house-dried duck breast, egg casserole with porcini mushrooms
- Between Land and Sea, Stewed Veal with Scallops
- Puff pastry of mushrooms from our undergrowth with foie gras
- Duck confit and Sarladaise potatoes with porcini mushrooms
- Duck breast
- XXL porcini omelet
- Etc.
For dessert, don't miss his fresh fruit gratin, his revisited lemon tart, his citrus pleasure, his homemade profiteroles, pineapple carpaccio and strawberries with rosemary syrup and many other surprises!
The table d'hôtes by prior reservation only, served every evening except Sunday
The menu includes a main course and a dessert for 24€ (excluding drinks). It's listed on the slate in our dining room.
Cheese plate for those who wish with a supplement of 6€
Dinner will be served on the terrace weather permitting or in the dining room where safety distances must be respected.
The menu changes daily and showcases fresh, local produce.
