  I expected it to be be good but it exceeded my expectations! The tree houses are beautiful with some amazing features. Food was great and relaxing in a hot tub with a glass of wine in the middle of a wood is very cool. First class!!

  Generally speaking, we enjoyed our stay a lot. The place was magnificent, romantic and all set for a perfect stay for our trip, in which we got engaged. However, there were quite a few points, where I was left disappointed. Lets start with the positives: - Location: The location is amazing, full of nature, fauna & flora... We could not have hoped for better setup! - Chalets: Again, the interior/exterior exceeded our expectations and we enjoyed our 4 nights stay a lot. - Staff: Laura helped us to arrange everything starting from checkin all the way through take away dishes from nearby restaurants until arranging a PCR test at a laboratory in a neighbouring city. The following points which disappointed us: - Food: We expected better taste of the bistro trays and gastro trays. For 60€ I have already eaten much better dishes across the world (dessert was awesome though). Furthermore, the breakfast never changed. After 4 nights we did not look forward to the morning basket anymore (2 croissants, baguette, chocolate pastry, yogurts,ham and cheese, butter,jam). - Facilities: We expected to get some sort of house shoes (together along a bathrobe, which was provided), which is standard in SPA facilities, but that was a minor thing. Decorations/Extras: I ordered a special decoration because of my marriage proposal plans. I paid extra 300€ and got a bouquet of roses, decoration from roses on a bed and electric candles. I expected to get at least a receipt from a florist to know where-my money went, but now I have the feeling that not all the money was used for what we saw at the end.

  Wonderful place to get away from it all, especially if you want to self isolate! Fully equipped tree houses or, in our case, lake houses in a remote rural setting. Spent two days here on our way south and wish we'd stayed longer. Lovely infinity pool, boules court, table tennis, terraces in trees and woodland walk. Minibar at sensible prices and hot or cold food from a nearby Michelin star restaurant can be brought to the room and enjoyed on your terrace. Laura, the person overseeing guest relations, is a delight to deal with and the rest of the staff are unobtrusive. Great bathroom, comfortable bed, aircon, kettle, coffee machine (with lots of pods!), sauna, hot tub and wildlife on tsp - can really ask for more in a room can you! Try it - I defy you to be disappointed!
