Come and recharge your batteries in this beautiful countryside, in the Périgord Noir, on the banks of the Auvezère river, 30 minutes from Périgueux, Montignac-Lascaux and its cave, and 15 minutes from the Château de Hautefort.

A closed, gravelled courtyard will allow you to park in front of the house. The garden shaded by its many walnut trees, will offer you a moment of relaxation. It is equipped with tables, deckchairs, sunbeds, and a brazier. This house has no vis-à-vis, the living rooms are on the first floor and the capacity is 11 people.

You will find a living room, a large living room with a home cinema and billiards, a pergola to spend pleasant moments, 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms.

All equipment is provided: oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer. Sheets and towels are provided for the bathroom as well as wifi (fiber).
