LE GITE DES HAUTS DE SAINT VINCENT: CHARMING GITE IN DORDOGNE 15 MINUTES FROM SARLAT

An independent house with private terrace

Located within the property of Hauts de Saint Vincent, 15 minutes from Sarlat in the golden triangle of Périgord Noir, the cottage is a small stone house on 2 levels composed of 2 rooms:

• Upstairs: a 12 m2 bedroom with exposed beams with bathroom (consisting of a shower, a sink and a WC)
• On the ground floor: a 15 m2 living room with equipped kitchen area (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, crockery) opening onto a large private and sunny terrace with wooden garden table and chairs. teak, armchairs, deckchairs and parasol.

Details: Due to the configuration of the room (miller's ladder between the 2 levels), children are not accepted - Attic room with beams at 1.90 m. - Bath and pool linen and towels provided - Beds made upon arrival - End of stay cleaning included.

Access to the Hauts de Saint Vincent swimming pool

A heated swimming pool shared with the guest rooms is also open to guests of the gîte. It is accessible from mid-April to mid-October depending on the weather and you can relax there while admiring the view of the Dordogne and the Château des Milandes.

An ideal location for visiting the Périgord Noir and the Dordogne valley

Located 2 km from the village of Beynac-et-Cazenac and 12 km from the medieval city of Sarlat, the gîte will allow you to explore all the major sites of the Dordogne valley: the Château des Milandes where Joséphine Baker lived is 20 minutes away, the feudal castle of Beynac 5 minutes away, the gardens of Marqueyssac, the castle of Castelnaud and the village of La Roque Gageac are 15 minutes away, the bastide town of Domme 20 minutes away, the caves of Lascaux 45 minutes away.

For walkers, the Harrison Barker hiking trail is accessible directly from the property and will allow you to reach Saint Cyprien or Beynac and Cazenac on foot.
