We went to Château de Maraval for a wellness stay with girls. We were warmly welcomed by the entire team. Coincidence of the calendar: we were the only customers and a murder party was organized the next day! We were pampered from start to finish with exceptional services: massage, spa, private chef, etc. We were won over and it is very likely that we will come back for a visit! Thanks to the whole team!

The Château de Maraval… a real gem! We stayed 3 days at the end of March – beginning of April 2025 at Château de Maraval, it was truly enchanting! We were welcomed by a wonderful and friendly team, totally dedicated to our well-being and wishing us...! The places are absolutely magnificent. We had booked the Ethnic room... pure beauty, with bedding of unparalleled comfort and a prestigious bathroom! The other rooms that we were able to see are just as sumptuous! The location of the Château is dreamy, in the heart of emblematic places of Périgord, but remains discreet and intimate… that’s important! A big thank you to Laurie for her elegance, her availability, her knowledge of the history of this castle, Laurie who runs this establishment brilliantly and with a masterful hand! we are in awe! A big thank you to the chef who with Laurie prepared two wonderful dinners for us in the company of our friends... for your taste buds... the experience is definitely worth the detour! Many thanks to Laurie’s apprentices, And of course a big thank you to Eric for his presence, his knowledge of the place and his good humor,… Eric who is always there when needed! The Château de Maraval corresponds to everything we expect from a hotel, sumptuous, while maintaining a welcoming, caring and friendly spirit. The Château de Maraval deserves an unrestricted 5th star. This is a young team dedicated and determined to make your holiday experience exceptional and memorable. You'll feel the history of the castle the moment you drive through the gates. The spotless, new interiors will make your stay extremely comfortable. An exceptional 4 star experience. No better in the area.
