- Gardeners and artists who love nature, Cyril and Marie welcome you with all simplicity to their place of creativity, in Bouteilles-Saint-Sébastien, on the edge of the Charente between Périgueux and Angoulême.
  Traveling through a hilly landscape that emerges in the limestone, along small roads with breathtaking views, you will arrive at their home at the end of the path. There, they enjoy meeting and sharing. For reunions with family or friends, the cottage, which sleeps 9, is at your disposal. Nature spirit, atypical settings where you can enjoy the garden, the terraces, in this place in the Périgord Vert. You can also rent each room independently.
  The permaculture garden is also an exhibition space which allows you to discover the works of local artists, among wild or cultivated vegetation. The hosts are first and foremost artists and craftsmen, they will be happy to open the doors of their boutique workshop to you in order to share their passions; pottery, basketry, sculpture and painting. Introductory courses are offered on request.
  6 km away, you will find shops and restaurants. In addition to walks or bike rides, equestrian centers, the La Dronne river will please you with its water activities ; swimming, canoeing... The Poltrot nature base is located a few minutes from the gîte.
  In the surrounding area, visits to historical monuments with the caves of Villars, the monolithic church of Aubeterre and the castle of Bourdeilles. It is pleasant to visit picturesque villages like Brantôme, St Jean de Côle or Siorac de Ribérac.
  Also some walks in preserved natural sites , such as the Vendoire peat bogs and the White Tower windmill.

The warm welcome from the hosts, full of generosity and kindness, immediately made us feel at home. The food, coming straight from the garden, is a real delight for the taste buds. Each meal is a celebration of fresh, local produce, prepared with love and expertise. The table is a place of sharing, where we discover authentic and tasty flavors, in a friendly setting. The activities offered, such as basketry and ceramics, are a real invitation to relaxation and creativity. They allow you to reconnect with ancestral artisanal techniques, while giving free rein to your imagination. Whether you are a beginner or an enthusiast, each workshop is an enriching and calming experience. We discovered an extraordinary place, Dinner was fabulous, all homemade! The setting is wonderful, My son loved the pottery workshop, A big thank you to the couple who manage the gîte because we left relaxed and peaceful.

What to do around Ribérac when the weather is not favorable? Rush to the end of the path!! We spent an excellent afternoon with Cyril and Marie, an extremely warm couple who introduced us to pottery and leather work in their beautiful workshop. Our children aged 4 to 11 loved it and so did we. We did some modeling and even tried filming. Cyril and Marie made us taste their homemade apple juice, a delight! Each child left with their own little leather bracelet. An afternoon full of exchanges and generosity.
