Our Camping La Catie is located in Tamniès, a small village in the countryside, in the heart of the Périgord Noir, 15 km between the Dordogne valley with Sarlat and the Vézère valley with Montignac-Lascaux and Les Eyzies.
It was created on the family farm in the early 80s by Lili and Yves , first camping on the farm with 6 locations and then classified 1* in Prefecture in 2001 with 25 locations.
It was in 2010 that Philippe, the son, himself a farmer took up the torch and discovered this new human adventure that he liked. He installed some mobile homes and renovated the sanitary facilities to request, in 2012, the new 1 * reclassification.
The swimming pool and the small pool arrived in 2014 and the terraces with mobile homes were installed in 2016.
All of this work was awarded a second star in 2017 !
And new challenge for the following years, 2020, 2021... renewal of mobile homes.

It is in this spirit that the Camping ** at La Catie farm is open from April 1 to November 1 to welcome you warmly...
