Housed in an old stone Perigord farmhouse, the property offers an environment conducive to relaxation and discovery of the region.
Perched above the village of Saint-Avit-Sénieur, a UNESCO World Heritage Site thanks to its abbey, the establishment enjoys a peaceful setting, ideal for a getaway in the Dordogne.

Accommodation and comfort
Britavit offers four comfortable guest rooms, carefully furnished while respecting the authenticity of the building.
Each room has quality bedding, a private bathroom and a relaxation area. The Avitus suite, the Familia family room, the Le Pigeonnier room and the Carpe Diem room offer different configurations suitable for couples, families and groups of friends.
An independent cottage, named Cachou, welcomes travelers who want more autonomy. Designed for two people, it is equipped with a functional kitchen and a cozy living space.
In the garden, an old tobacco drying shed has been converted into a reading and games room, offering a relaxation area with armchairs, books and board games.
Shaded areas under the oaks and in the truffle orchard also allow you to enjoy the calm of the Périgord countryside.
Gastronomy and table d'hôtes
The table d'hôtes is offered on certain evenings and showcases local products and the vegetable garden grown without pesticides. Depending on the day, guests can also opt for meal boards composed of regional specialties.
