Born in Périgord in 2013, BAM illustrates another facet of this territory rich in flavors. The beers we offer are therefore inspired by this terroir, our journey and encounters.
At the end of 2021, our brewery has become much too small, we are moving to premises of more than 1000m² located in Périgueux.This new brewery makes it possible to adapt production to demand but also to open a Taproom.
" Taproom?? But what?? "It's a bar in a brasserie!
At the BAM Taproom, 14 pressure spouts will allow you to discover all our beers comfortably installed in an industrial universe.
Our beers, let's talk about it! A permanent range of 9 different beers to which are added ephemeral beers that we brew according to our desires and the seasons.
You will be able to discover our Tatou (a summer ale) blonde with fruity notes brought by hops.
Don't like bitterness? taste our Sakura (ginger ale), a very balanced and refreshing beer brewed with fresh ginger.
For hop lovers, we've got you covered with our Fish Moi IPA (IPA) or Chaetophractus Villosus (DIPA).
Fans of black beers will not be left out with the Igor Perry, a big, well-built Imperial Stout, or the Joseph et la Chocolaterie (Chocolate porter), brewed in collaboration with the Chocolaterie Joseph in Périgueux.
